⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4/5

Vivvy Bouchet has been… different… her whole life. She battles the voices inside her, begging for her attention, and her analytical and scientific brain’s need for an explanation. Despite preferring stars over people, she somehow finds herself in a police station — trying to solve a crime. Well, it’s not that shocking. Vivvy saved the life of a young boy (using that ‘gift’) who is now a cop. And he wants her help. Just when it seems Vivvy has bitten off more than she can possibly chew, there’s more. And more. A meddling podcaster gone conspiracy theorist (or maybe it’s the other way around?) only makes matters worse and muddies the waters even further about her murky past, the case, and the reader’s mind too. Heaberlin took the opportunity to use Bubba Guns’ power to spew garbage, half-truths, and wild theories as a statement. The more sensationalized a case, the more wild theories there are likely to be, which means… more people to believe them. But how many of us have the urge to really go the extra mile with it?
